Our pizzas are prepared according to the finest Italian tradition, with particular attention paid to the quality of the dough and ingredients used.

Our pizzas are cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven to give each slice that unmistakable aroma and flavour that only the heat of the flame can provide.

We use long-rise dough and highly digestible flours, including type 0 flour, multigrain flour, and Khorasan wheat (also known as Kamut), to create a pizza that is light, tasty, and fragrant.

The base is what defines us: We use 100% Italian tomatoes, fresh mozzarella fiordilatte and carefully selected toppings every day.

Our menu features both traditional favourites such as Margherita, Diavola and Bufala, as well as creative specials like Mortadella and Pistachio or Vegetarian with seasonal vegetables.
