A journey through Italy, one dish at a time.

We travelled across Italy, from north to south, through hidden villages and into home kitchens and unmarked trattorias. We tasted, listened and learned. It is from this journey that we bring you the authentic dishes we serve today, rich in history and flavour and chosen from the finest and most representative examples of our culinary tradition.

We prepare fresh pasta and sauces the old-fashioned way every day, as well as main courses that evoke Sunday lunches and side dishes that reflect the regional cuisine. Our menu features lasagne alla bolognese, ossobuco, risotto alla milanese, crispy veal cutlets fried in clarified butter and carefully selected ribeye steaks, dry-aged for at least 20 days. All of Italy is right here on your plate.

Pizza in a wood-fired oven

We cook our pizzas in a wood-fired oven using long-rise dough, highly digestible flour, 100% Italian tomatoes and mozzarella

Here, our pizzas are made with traditional methods and carefully selected ingredients.
We leave our dough to rest for a long time to make it light and easy to digest. We select our flour for its quality and flavour, and we cook each pizza in our wood-fired oven, just like in the old days.

We only use 100% Italian tomatoes and mozzarella fiordilatte because attention to detail is what makes all the difference.
